At Chrysalis Courses, we’ve always believed that people are the heart of any organisation. Training and professional development have been central to our mission for many years, but we also knew that skills alone aren’t enough to help people thrive. Staff wellbeing, communication, and a healthy workplace culture are just as important.

That’s why we created Chrysalis Workplace.

What started as an internal initiative to support our own team has grown into a new company with a clear goal: to help other organisations build healthier, happier, and more productive workplaces.

Why Chrysalis Workplace?

Like many organisations, we faced familiar challenges. Stress, burnout, and communication breakdowns can affect even the most dedicated teams. Staff want to feel valued and supported, not just trained. Leaders want to build workplaces where people thrive, but often lack the tools to make that happen.

We realised that if we truly wanted to invest in our people, we needed to offer more than just training courses. We needed to create something that supported wellbeing as much as professional growth.

So we piloted Chrysalis Workplace with our own staff, a team of around 20. The results spoke for themselves. Communication improved, people felt more confident, and wellbeing became part of the conversation rather than an afterthought. It showed us that the model worked, and that it could benefit organisations far beyond our own.
