Giving your team access to Chrysalis Talking Therapies is changing the way Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s) work. Normally you’d have to commit to a monthly retainer to cover therapy sessions, regardless of whether or not your team use them.
This is where we differ and offer this as pay as you go service, what’s more you can control how many sessions you are able to offer allowing you to allocate a budget for your teams wellbeing. This is also fully amendable throughout the year, if you wish to offer more you can, if you need to reduce the available sessions you can.
But the benefits don’t just stop with the flexibility, if you or your team decide to participate in counselling sessions and would like to continue after their workplace allocation has been used, then they can continue with the same therapist seamlessly on a platform they already know and a counsellor they have built a relationship with.
